Cocolife officially ushered in the year with its highly anticipated Agency Channel Sales Kick-Off held at Trabiesa Tagaytay gathering sales teams from all over the Philippines for a day of celebration, gratitude, and renewed commitment. Set against the cool breeze and scenic views of Tagaytay City, the event embodied unity, purpose, and forward momentum—perfectly capturing the spirit of the theme “Rise and Build 2026.” 

Before the formal program, participants enjoyed a refreshing morning city tour around Tagaytay, allowing teams from different regions to reconnect, build camaraderie, and recharge before an action-packed day. The afternoon program opened with the Parade of Areas, proudly showcasing the strength and diversity of Cocolife’s Agency Channel. This was followed by a dynamic opening dance performance and official theme reveal, instantly setting an energetic and inspiring tone. 

In his Opening Remarks , Mr. Robin Edward Gonzales, Chief Agency Officer, reflected on Agency Channels milestones and engaged agents in a short interactive activity. His message centered on appreciation—recognizing the perseverance, sacrifices, and resilience of Cocolife agents—while reinforcing optimism and confidence as the organization steps into another year of growth. 

Momentum continued with a recap of Cocolife’s major agency sales drives and the 2025 Drive Qualifiers Recognition, honoring agents who exemplified excellence and dedication. These recognitions served as powerful reminders that consistent effort and belief in one’s mission lead to meaningful success. 

One of the defining moments of the event was the Area Commitment Setting, where leaders from different regions proudly declared their sales goals for the year ahead. Representing Metro Manila, Ms. Genesis Omnes and Mr. Genesis Arong shared their commitments, followed by Mr. Argie Millan for North East Luzon, Mr. Eric Banayos for South Luzon, Ms. Janet Caldevilla for Central Visayas, Ms. Emily Malones for West Visayas, and Mr. Darwin Calvo representing South Mindanao. United in vision and purpose, the area heads collectively committed to an ambitious ₱549 million total premium production for 2026, symbolizing shared accountability, confidence, and belief in the strength of the Agency Channel. 

This was followed by the Acceptance of Goals and Keynote Speech by Atty. Elmore Edward Ornelas, SVP and Chief Communications Officer, who encouraged agents to embrace the challenge ahead with passion, discipline, and purpose—reminding them that their work goes beyond numbers, as it directly impacts Filipino families and their financial security. 

The excitement peaked during the 2026 Drive Reveal, unveiled through vibrant dance performances and video teasers of Bangkok and Dubai as incentive destinations. Mr. Edward Robin Gonzales appeared in traditional Thai attire (Chut Thai) to explain the Bangkok incentive, while Atty. Elmore Ornelas took the stage wearing a Kandura to present the Dubai drive—bringing the destinations to life and further motivating agents to strive harder for the year ahead. 

The program concluded with a deeply moving Keynote Message by Cocolife President and CEO, Atty. Jose Martin A. Loon. He expressed heartfelt gratitude to everyone behind the event and paid tribute to the long-standing dedication of Cocolife sales agents. Drawing inspiration from the parable of the Five Loaves and Two Fishes, he reminded agents that even what may seem small—time, knowledge, care, love, and effort—when shared sincerely, can transform lives. He challenged everyone to reflect on what they can offer others, emphasizing that Cocolife’s business is not merely about selling insurance, but about helping Filipino families build a better, more secure future. He ended by reaffirming his unwavering support for the Agency Channel and its continued growth. 

The celebration culminated in a Ceremonial Kick-Off, where gold chocolate coins with corresponding prizes were tossed to the attendees—symbolizing abundance, opportunity, and shared success. The evening concluded with a sumptuous dinner buffet and interactive booths, , allowing everyone to celebrate the day’s milestones in high spirits.
