Here’s everything you need to know to join.
MECHANICS
- This raffle promo is open to all clients who will attend and complete a company product presentation.
- Persons under the age of 21 years or over the age of 65 years are not eligible for this promo.
- Participants must first complete a product presentation of COCOLIFE/UCPLAC.
- There is no obligation to buy anything to participate in the raffle promotion.
- Acceptance of this offer includes consent to all details of participants and promo mechanics.
- Only one (1) raffle entry per individual/couple per quarter is allowed.
- Employees and agents of COCOLIFE/UCPLAC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and immediate relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible for this raffle promo.
PARTICIPANTS
- Those who were invited by our Promo Agents in the designated area located inside COCOLIFE/UCPLAC mall and non-mall offices.
- Those who were invited by our Agents via appointment setup.
PARTICIPATING OUTLETS
Any COCOLIFE/UCPLAC mall office location in the Philippines that is authorized to conduct product presentations to qualified clients.
PROMO DURATION
March 1, 2026 to February 28, 2027
PRELIMINARY PROCEDURE
Participants shall be invited by our Agents. If interested, participants agree to attend the presentation.
WINNER
- The winner for each draw will be awarded a ₱50,000 Cash Prize or ₱50,000 Travel Voucher.
- Winner must agree to have his/her name, address, and photograph used in print ads, mailers, streamers, posters, broadcast announcements, and other related advertisements. All rights to photos remain the property of COCOLIFE/UCPLAC. Winners are required to sign a “Release, Waiver, Quit and Claim” and present any valid government-issued ID with photo before the prize will be released. Prizes are free of tax.
PROCEDURE
- Each participating individual/couple who will attend and complete the presentation on a COCOLIFE/UCPLAC product will be given a raffle ticket.
- Eligibility is limited to one visit per couple/person during the promotion period.
- Participants shall receive free Personal Accident Insurance immediately.
- All participants are entitled to one (1) raffle entry per quarter during the promotional period.
- Participants shall legibly fill out the raffle coupon with their name, address, telephone number, email address, and signature.
- Raffle tickets will be dropped at official drop boxes located at different Mall Assurance offices of COCOLIFE/UCPLAC nationwide.
- The deadline for dropping entries is at the end of business hours on each scheduled draw date:

The raffle draws will be held at the Head Office of COCOLIFE/UCPLAC, located at 6807 Cocolife Building, Ayala Avenue, Makati City.
- The winner for each draw will be notified through phone call and email.
- The winner for each draw has the option to choose between a ₱50,000 cash prize or a ₱50,000 travel voucher.
- Three (3) raffle coupons will be chosen. The first name drawn will be declared the official winner, while the remaining two (2) will serve as reserve winners and will receive the prize should the official winner be unreachable within 30 days.
- The winner from each draw shall inform COCOLIFE/UCPLAC of the chosen prize within 30 days.
