    Mechanics

    1. This promo is open to all individual policyowners of Cocolife as a reward for their continued trust and support of the company.

    2. To participate, policyowners must complete the customer satisfaction survey and update their contact information through any Cocolife branch, their servicing agent, the Cocolife Idea Hub official page (https://www.cocolife.com/idea-hub/), or by filling up the form provided in the button below.

    3.The survey includes questions on the policyowner’s experience and satisfaction with the company’s services, as well as a section for sharing testimonials or personal experiences with Cocolife. 

    4. Completion of both the survey and the contact information update qualifies the policyowner to one (1) raffle entry, regardless of the number of policies owned. 

    5.The first one hundred (100) policyowners who complete both the survey and contact information update will receive guaranteed reward vouchers and will still be eligible for the raffle of major prizes. 

    6. Policyowners with policies that have been in-force for at least five (5) years will receive one (1) additional raffle entry as a loyalty bonus. 

    7. Only policyowners aged 21 years old and above are eligible to participate in the promo. 

    8. Policies must be active and in-force during the promo period to qualify. 

    9. Policyowners with lapsed policies may still qualify for one (1) raffle entry if their policy is reinstated before the raffle draw date. 

    10. Policies must remain active until the raffle draw date to maintain eligibility. 

    Prizes

    • 4 winners of ₱10,000
    • 8 winners of ₱1,000

    Awarding

    • The promo will run from April 23 to June 25, 2026. 
    • Major prizes will be awarded at the Cocolife Head Office or the nearest servicing branch. 
    • Minor prizes may be claimed through bank transfer, cash pick-up at the Head Office, or be credited to the winners’ policy account, based on their preference.
    • Winners will be notified through their registered email address and contact number. 
    • Winners will be announced on Cocolife’s official Facebook and Instagram pages. 
    • Winners must agree to the use of their name, address, and photograph in promotional materials, including but not limited to mailers, streamers, posters, and digital announcements. All rights to such materials shall remain with Cocolife. 
    • Winners are required to sign a release waiver or quitclaim and present a valid government-issued identification card upon claiming their prizes. 
    • Unacknowledged prizes will be forfeited 48 hours after the notification of winners.
