- Age Limit: Only for participants aged 21 to 65 years old.
- No Purchase Required: No obligation to buy anything to join.
- One Entry: Only one raffle entry per individual/couple during the promo period.
- Exclusions: Employees, agents, and immediate relatives (up to 2nd degree) of Cocolife and its subsidiaries/affiliates are not eligible.
- Consent: Participation includes consent to all promo mechanics and data collection.

- How to Join: Be invited by Cocolife MallAssurance Channel Promo Agents.

PROMO DURATION

PROCEDURE
- Attend & Complete: Join a Cocolife product presentation as an invited guest.
- Get a Ticket: Each eligible individual/couple receives one raffle ticket per visit.
- Personal Accident Insurance: Participants receive this immediately upon joining.
- Fill & Drop: Legibly fill out the raffle coupon and drop it at official Cocolife drop boxes nationwide by September 30, 2025.
- Draw Date: Grand raffle draw on October 31, 2025 at Cocolife Head Office, 6807 Cocolife Building, Ayala Avenue, Makati City.
- Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via phone call and email.
PRIZES
- Grand Prize: Winner can choose between a Yamaha Mio Sporty motorcycle or a trip to Hong Kong Disneyland (with airfare, hotel accommodation, and Php20,000 pocket money).
- Draw Process: Three raffle coupons will be chosen; the first is the official winner, the next two are reserved in case the winner cannot be contacted within 30 days.
- Claiming: Winner must present a valid government ID and agree to the use of their name, address, and photo in Cocolife promotional materials. Prizes are tax-free.
