Cocolife, the leading Filipino-owned stock life insurance company, recently conducted the Social Spark: Digital Recruitment Unlocked Training and Workshop at its Cebu branch on March 5, 2026. The event gathered the Agency Channel team from Cebu for an engaging learning session focused on recruitment-driven opportunities and professional growth. 

The training was spearheaded by the Marketing and Research Department, with Mr. Mark Louie Cañaveral and Ms. Adie May Sasot leading the discussion. Throughout the session, participants explored how social media can be used to encourage Gen Zs to pursue careers as financial advisors and help more Filipinos achieve financial freedom. The participants also took part in hands-on workshops and tutorials using Instagram and Canva, allowing them to better visualize concepts and apply the lessons in practice.
