HOLUAP’s 26th Annual Convention centered on the theme “Rewind, Refresh, Restart: Embracing New Beginnings.” gathered industry experts to discuss essential topics such as customer-centric underwriting, legal considerations in life insurance, and emerging health risks.
Serving as HOLUAP board member, Ms. Mila Grace Bugarin — Head of Cocolife Underwriting Department spearheaded the organization’s efforts to promote service excellence.
Meanwhile, ASPLI marked its 25th anniversary with a summit themed “SILVER S.P.E.E.D.: Service, Personalization, Efficiency, and Engagement in the Digital World,” focusing on the role of technology, artificial intelligence, and customer engagement in transforming life insurance services.
