Cocolife 2025 Sales Congress: “Imagine, Believe, Achieve”

Cocolife, the first ISO-certified life insurance company in the Philippines, held its 2025 CBSD Sales Congress gathering sales corps from Agency Channel, Bancassurance, and Mall Assurance across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. This year’s theme, Imagine, Believe, Achieve, encapsulated the ambition and success that Cocolife aims to instill in its team – change and uniqueness.

The Sales Congress kicked off in Manila, where Metro Manila and Luzon representatives from the Agency Channel, Bancassurance, Mall Assurance, and the Commercial Business and Sales Division Support Team raised their respective team flags during the Parade of Colors showcasing unity and enthusiasm

Mr. Frederico Rona — VP and Chief Commercial Business Officer, CBSD, delivered an inspiring welcome remark quoting, “The journey of a thousand smiles begins with one step,” encouraging everyone to take that first step toward greatness. He continued by urging the attendees to imagine and believe with all their hearts that what they imagine will become real. His passionate chant of “Cocolife IBA” energized the room, while his call for everyone to repeat “Never stop, never quit, I will do what I commit” served as a powerful reminder of the dedication and commitment required to achieve success.

Cocolife CBSD presented their ambitious premium goals for the year and the exciting incentive programs aimed at encouraging the team to achieve the collective goal of increasing our market reach and improving the lives of more Filipinos.

Cocolife Chief of Staff Daniel Abraham, the keynote speaker at the Luzon Sales Congress, expressed gratitude to all the members of the CBSD for their unwavering support to the Company’s mission. In his speech, he reflected on how our shared core values are vital to fostering excellence and success within Cocolife.

The congress also showcased several tools and initiatives designed to elevate the sales force’s capabilities. These include the Marketing and Research Department’s presentation of App, App & Away, Social Spark, and Next Top Agent, all of which are poised to streamline operation enhance customer engagement, drive activity and foster a competitive spirit among agents.

Cocolife is also set to underscore its commitment to continuous learning and development for its team through the 2025 Sales Training Academy. In recognition of outstanding performance, Cocolife announced exciting trip incentives: Korea for the Agency Channel and Bancassurance and Japan for Mall Assurance agents.

The sales congress included a seminar hosted by The Amazing You Academy, led by Coach Grace Fernandez. Coach Grace shared motivational insights, shaping the perspective of the sales force and fostering a positive outlook essential for thriving in today’s competitive environment. Her words encouraged the sales force to overcome challenges and embrace personal growth on the journey to success.

The 2025 Cocolife Sales Congress was an inspiring and motivating event, where the power of imagination, belief, achievement took center stage.
