In the wake of the devastating landslide in Masara, Davao De Oro, the Field Operations Department under Ms. Norma Gojar and Ms. Lisa Tecson stepped up to contribute to the relief efforts.
An initiative project by Area Head Darwin Calvo, the team organized a heartfelt gift–giving initiative to bring comfort to the landslide victims. The project was made possible through the generous sponsorship of the Branding & Corporate Communications Division.
The team provided 200 toiletries to those in need. In times of crisis, access to essential necessities can make a difference in the lives of affected individuals and families. By supplying toiletries, the team aimed to address a fundamental need and offer support to those grappling with the aftermath of the disaster.
The gift-giving event served as a reminder of the power of compassion in times of adversity. Despite the challenges faced by the Masara community, the spirit of solidarity and resilience shone brightly through initiatives like this. As the recovery efforts continue in Masara initiatives such as this gift-giving endeavor to support those affected by the tragedy. It is through acts of kindness and generosity that communities can come together to rebuild and heal.
