The Cocolife Group joins the nation as it seeks to mitigate and ultimately end the COVID-19 outbreak which threatens the lives of so many of our countrymen especially the elderly and those afflicted with pre existing health conditions.
We, your friends at Cocolife, pursuant to our commitment to provide excellent service to the Filipino people, have taken the following measures to deliver such service to those who need it most:
1. We have and shall continue to extend full coverage to all COVID19 cases for our healthcard holders, subject to the other terms of our agreement and shall be reviewed on a daily basis;
2. We have already released the 13th month pay and other bonuses of all our employees and have provided for an efficient work from home system to ensure ease and continuity in the delivery of services to our policy and healthcard holders;
3. We shall continue to service and administer, in a timely manner, the needs of our policy and healthcard holders through a special ground force composed of your friends from Cocolife stationed at the Cocolife headquarters;
4. We have taken steps to mitigate the economic impact of this situation on our employees and agents such as immediate financial assistance packages and emergency loans, among others;
We urge our fellow Filipinos to stay home, keep safe and PRAY for the full and immediate recovery of all those afflicted with the virus and the safety of our health workers, soldiers, policemen and other government personnel and leaders risking their lives trying to ease the burden on others and securing the stability of the nation.
Cocolife is one with the Filipino people and the rest of the world in hope and in prayer that all these shall soon come to pass.
