R-E-T-I-E at the 1st Operations Team Building


Last May 24-25, 2024, the Operations division held its first Team Building event, bringing together 100 team members nationwide. This dynamic celebration fostered camaraderie and reinforced our commitment to the company’s core values: Reliability, Empathy, Teamwork, Integrity, and Excellence (RETIE).

Themed “Operations Building Bonds,” the team-building event was designed to strengthen unity and enhance collaborative spirit among our diverse workforces. Through a series of carefully curated activities, participants embraced these core values and translated them into actionable insights and stronger interpersonal bonds.

The event showcased a variety of games and interactive activities that challenged and engaged our teams in meaningful ways. Each activity was designed to break down barriers, enhance mutual understanding, and foster a sense of belonging among all participants. The vibrant colors of Blue, Green, Red, and Yellow represented our teams, but ultimately, these colors merged into one. This symbolized that despite our different roles and backgrounds, we are united in striving towards our goals, doing our best, and finishing our activities with joy and new insights.

Our Operations Head, Mr. Jose Alfonso Aquino, led the event with great enthusiasm, ensuring that the objectives of bonding and collective growth were achieved. The impact of this team building was immediate and profound, setting a new standard for how we connect and work together as a team.

We are immensely grateful to the Committees for organizing the Team Building event and to the Talent Acquisition, Development, and Engagement Team (TADE), headed by Mr. Roger Martin Ruiz for emphasizing our core values and kickstarting the team building with high energy and purpose. Their expertise in crafting engaging content and activities that reflect our values was crucial in making this event a resounding success.

The Operations Team Building is a milestone in our journey towards building a stronger, more cohesive team. As we move forward, the bonds formed, and lessons learned during these two days will undoubtedly contribute to our continued success and excellence.

Operations are now bolder and stronger, reinforcing our commitment to each other and to the excellence we aim to achieve in every facet of our work.
