Strengthening ties for ongoing improvement and innovation

Cocolife underscores its dedication to excellence with a nationwide initiative of branch engagements. This strategic move is designed to strengthen ties with its frontline personnel and salesforce to explore avenues for ongoing improvement and innovation.

From December 4 to December 15, 2023, several key personnel visited several of its regional offices across the country. These visits commenced in Davao from December 4th to 7th, followed by a visit at Tuguegarao on December 10th, and wrapped up with stops at Banawe and Salcedo Branches on December 14th and 15th, respectively.

At each location, Cocolife’s leadership team engaged in meaningful interactions with its frontliners and salesforces, emphasizing the importance of building strong relationships within the organization. Through open dialogues and collaborative sessions, employees were empowered to share their insights and experiences, thereby nurturing a culture of openness and collective effort.

Moreover, these engagements provided a valuable opportunity for Cocolife to evaluate operational methodologies and identify areas for improvements or enhancements. With a commitment to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions, the company actively sought feedback from employees to drive continuous growth and development. As Cocolife looks to the future, these branch visits highlight Cocolife’s enduring commitment to both its workforce and its mission to provide unparalleled service to its customers across the Philippines.
